It shall have the following:-
PANNELLING AND FLOORING: Paneling and flooring shall have the 50 x 40 mm kail/fer wood frame work at Maximum 450 mm Or 24” x 24”centre in both direction is fitted with 5o mm thick crown 150 resin bonded wool and all shall be covered with 12.5 mm thick seasoned pine finish (FINLAND)wood tongue & groove with counter sunk screws/Nails as required.
CEILLING : Ceiling with specification as above expect frame shall be of kail wood 50 x 50 mm main runner 50 x 40 mm cross runner at maximum 600 mm Centers or as per your requirement .
BENCH : 450 mm vide in ‘ L’shape or as per space available.
DOOR: 50 mm thick insulated door both side SAWO Finland Pine wood planks of 12.5 mm thick tongue & groove with fresh air provision and a glass of 12’’x 36’’ at eye level for checking purpose with the prior permission and approval by you.
Heating system: Special design Sauna SAWO heating System with Double layer concealed body with energy saver heating element,
Digital Operating Control: SAWO make FINLAND Double control thermostat for with temperature adjustment with inner censor as per user’s choice, the user can adjust the heat accordingly.

Accessories: All items are SAWO FINLAND make.
Note: (1) Water connection, electric connection 3 phase 4 core cable upto the main panel with proper MCB or main switch, Drain line of Whirlpool and all civil work shall be carried out by your good self.
Note: The inside Sauna room floor should be PCC / Marble/ Tile at - 40MM down from FFL The floor should be + - 00, no drain/water connection required inside the room
